All cryptocurrency transactions must be confirmed on the blockchain before credited to your balance. This is a completely automatic process and therefore there is no way to speed this up, as it is determined by the network.
For example, Bitcoin (BTC) requires at least 2 confirmations, while Dogecoin (DOGE) requires 14 confirmations before the transaction is credited to your account.
To troubleshoot uncredited purchases, first verify that the wallet address used matches your Shuffle.us wallet address. Deposits sent to an incorrect address cannot be credited. Additionally, ensure that the cryptocurrency and network used are supported by Shuffle.us, as unsupported tokens or networks will not be credited.
Account conditions can also affect instant crediting. If your account is not in "crypto mode" or has an outstanding balance, incoming purchases may not credit. To enable crediting, reduce your balance to zero and ensure you do not have any unfinished games.
The time this process takes is fully dependent on the state of the network as well as the fee used on the transaction (i.e. setting a higher fee will typically result in faster confirmations). Generally if the network is congested or under heavy demand then you can expect transactions to be slower than usual to confirm.
