How to find your transaction hash

Updated over a month ago

If your recent crypto purchase hasn’t appeared in your Shuffle.us account yet, don’t worry — our support team can help.

What Is a Transaction Hash?

A transaction hash (sometimes called a “TXID”) is a unique string of letters and numbers that identifies a specific crypto transaction on the blockchain.

Example:

0xf2081e7f80af154b8659f26df72c8d8f7f5129aa090f130046fefedec027e5b0

Or it might appear as a link to a blockchain explorer like Etherscan.

Once you've got that, go ahead and reach out to our Shuffle.us support team for further assistance.
