Reloads give you a fixed amount of rewards, which can be claimed at specific intervals.

Important: If you miss a reload claim, it will expire—so be sure to log in and claim it! Each reload claim expires after 24 hours.
How to Claim Your Reload Bonus
Once you reach Sapphire, you’ll unlock weekly reloads! Just contact your VIP Host to choose a plan with either:
1 claim per day, or
3 claims per day
