Once you have obtained enough Shuffle Cash to meet the minimum redemption amount, navigate to Wallet > Redeem to redeem your prize.
Minimum redemption amounts will vary based on the currency you are redeeming in and will be displayed on the page when attempting to redeem.
Please note that you must have completed level 2 verification in order to redeem prizes. You can do so here.
On the Redeem Modal, you will be asked to enter your cryptocurrency address as well as the amount of Shuffle Cash you wish to Redeem via Crypto.
Once approved, redemptions are usually instant! They might take longer if the network you've chosen to redeem your prize on is experiencing delays.

Important note: You can only redeem your rewards in the cryptocurrency you used for your previous purchase.
If you have set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account, enter the active code and click the Redeem button.
If you have not set up 2FA yet, you will receive a code in your email which you will need to enter in the corresponding field in order to successfully proceed with redemption.
