At Shuffle.us, there are a couple requirements for redemptions:
You must have completed at least 1x play through on any Shuffle Cash (SC) received as part of a Gold Coin (GC) bundle purchase.
Players from Florida are limited to a redemption cap of 5,000 SC a day. This resets each day at 5AM UTC, or 1AM ET.
Players from other states are not subject to a redemption cap.
You may only redeem prizes in the currency you used for your most recent purchase.
You can only redeem prizes via bank transfer if you are in Fiat mode and only in crypto if you are in Crypto mode.
If you would like to redeem using card or bank transfer, you must have completed level 2 verification.
At this time, there is a 100,000 SC redemption limit on a rolling 24 hour limit for fiat redemptions. Crypto redemptions do not have any limits.
