Your account can either be in Fiat Mode or Crypto Mode. While your account is in a specific mode, you will only be able to make purchases and redeem prizes in that mode.
Currently, Shuffle.us supports credit card purchases and bank transfers via ACH.
A player in Crypto Mode will not be able to make purchases via credit card or bank transfer, and vice versa.
Swapping between Fiat Mode and Crypto Mode
To swap between Fiat Mode and Crypto Mode, all of the following must occur:
Your account’s Shuffle Cash (SC) balance must reach 0.
Your account may not have any unfinished rounds.
Your account must not have any redemptions in review.
Your account must not have any balance remaining in your Vault.
Once this is done, you will be able to choose either mode for purchases in your wallet.
What happens if I make a purchase in the wrong payment mode?
If you try to make a purchase using crypto while in Fiat Mode, your purchase will be held in processing until your account is placed into Crypto mode, at which point it will be credited.
The same restrictions apply if you are in Crypto Mode and attempt to make a purchase via credit card or bank transfer.
Which payment channels are supported for card purchases?
At this time, Shuffle.us supports Visa and Mastercard.
